Cosmic Report: It's gonna be May!
May shines bright astrologically, with fleeting challenges.
Howdy Folks, thanks for popping up.
I'm trying out a new feature to gain momentum on my Substack journey.
Dumping weekly astro insights covering main themes into ‘threads’. You'll receive these messages directly to your email and can filter accordingly where topic of interest peaks. 👀 🌟 Non-astro peeps, now’s your chance to freely delete!
For the COOL people left, feel free to reply to these threads by dropping themes of your week (helps if you have the app installed), and add any insights you'd like to add as this helps to inspire my own writing evolution. ✍️
My astro insights I aim to offer weekly as I follow the reports of my teachers, though given with holiday and time offline periods, subscribers will have inside access and a direct line to ask questions, or reference. I kinda know what I'm doing, but hanging out in the good graces of Pluto in Aquarius while embracing go rogue qualities 😎
For this week, and to kick off the beginning of May, I offer more substance in below cosmic report.
Bloomin’ in May
May unfolds with a tapestry of celestial events, promising a month filled with cosmic shifts and transformative energies. Here's a breakdown of what's in store:
Both Sun-Jupiter AND Venus-Jupiter conjunctions happen this month. Romance, finances, career matters, personal power are highlighted on the forefront with May offering strong auspicious dates for all of these areas!
Quick Summary Highlights:
🥰 Venus stays in her native sign (Taurus) until May 23rd, and then moves into Gemini. She makes a high number of spectacular aspects, making May a great month for romance.
⚠️ Mars stays in his own native sign (Aries) throughout the month, which is a supportive energy for new beginnings, especially where bold, confident action is required. However, it’s Mars and warrants a caution label.
☄️A retrograding Pluto suggests themes of power exchanges. We can feel this disruptive energy for the coming few weeks.
A kaleidoscope of energies
At the forefront of May's astrological landscape is Jupiter's transit into Gemini. After spending the last 12 months in Taurus, Jupiter moves into a 12-month transit in Gemini. That bit is further down in this article.
Over the next year, we are encouraged to open ourselves to new ideas, engage in meaningful conversations, and remain receptive to unconventional opportunities that may present themselves along the way.
Interpersonal Relationships
Adding to the cosmic dance is Venus, gracefully traversing through native Taurus until May 23rd. Venus's presence in Taurus sets the stage for romance, financial abundance, and fuelling all the comforts of security and home, making May an auspicious time for matters of the heart and prosperity.
This period presents an opportunity to embrace life from a more positive perspective while simultaneously strengthening our relationships and contracts with others. As we navigate forward, we discover new pathways that are both diverse and self-preserving, allowing us to address problems while advancing towards our goals.
Mars stays in his sign (Aries) throughout this month, which is a supportive energy for new beginnings, especially where bold, confident action is required. But it's also a little more complicated since Mars is defined in super-powered assertive energy that can also be aggressive and damaging.
Generally speaking, if the tone has a decent agenda, it's going to help us go on a mission setting course for a new concepts to thrive. Let's keep our mindsets positive. It's a struggle some days 😩
Collectively and for a purpose
Before moving to finish this month’s astro report, I’ll add some unsolicited thoughts around recent protests coming out university lawns in America that tie into heavier themes around the astrology of this month. Am sure more events are to follow later this autumn with Mercury finding it’s long-term placement back into Aquarius.
Do you want to understand why it's particularly significant that students across the United States are rallying in support of Gaza?
It's not because the location sites of the initial break outs followed the eclipse path, as much as I wish it were that easy to explain…
It's because one of the key tactics in Zionist propaganda is to dismiss any criticism of Israel by claiming that the critics lack sufficient education on the topic to form a valid opinion.
However, who could be more educated than students attending Ivy League universities? Who could be more informed than a valedictorian who has studied resistance to genocide as a minor? They can't dismiss her as uneducated. So, what was done? Her speech was canceled.
The next tactic in the Zionist playbook is to brand any dissenting voice as anti-Semitic. But now, we have students and faculty from Ivy League institutions mobilising, and when those who oppose the status quo can't be dismissed as uneducated or labeled as anti-Semitic, what's left to believe?
It leads to confusion fuelled by media propaganda that challenges our moral and ethical beliefs. This is why mainstream media is scrambling to spin the narrative. Focusing on one individual acting a fool in a crowd of thousands of peaceful protesters to discredit an entire movement.
Essentially, in attempt not to discard the valid concerns along with the invalid ones. The narrative continues to serve the interests of established powers in business, politics, and media, perpetuating themes of war because leaders and institutions have spent decades concealing truths, expecting us to look the other way.
We are the people and have the means to organize our voices around truth and factual representation.
