✨Ya’ll idk about you, but my dreams these days are lit up ☄️
I've had to dial back on the media frenzy and cut down on screen time these past weeks. My nervous system demanded a break, and I was happy to oblige. Despite the positive transits occurring now, many are grappling with disillusioned realities.
I have a Cancer Sun and Mercury in the 12th house, so my dreams, even in childhood, have been powerful and memorable. But also daydreaming I excel in. These innately creative gifts have been paramount in driving my ambition post burn out. Sadly, my efforts don’t pay enough to live off from so please subscribe here to help support this single (not really) mom 🥹😃💋 … #shamelessplug
This included audio script, covering some of this week’s current transits, shares a lighter side of the astro report I’ve projected and resurrected below, which is a bit more of a research & development project for budding themes I’m writing about in coming seasons.
B R E A T H E
Within my network, I’m getting reports of ‘mental fog’ and other ‘WTF is going on’ vibes. At home, over the weekend and during the Eurovision song festival, Dutch artist Joost Klein had already been DQ’ed - yet posted cryptically on social media to tease his fans, or taught his haters.
I don’t know where this investigation now stands, but the general buzz with my tween-agers was that Joost was due to make a huge comeback, “maar helaas pindakaas kinderen, the singer of your beloved Europapa song has some ego issues to sort out first, but good he tries to voice freeing Palestine as that’s important.”
I stayed up until 1am, glued to devices and a tv, as following the conspiracy theories on IG and Tiktok were more interesting than watching the actual programme. I was totally caught up in the delusion of waiting for something bigger to unfold, simply from the social media hype and engagement of the perspective of my kids’ realities. Like how did I fall down that rabbit hole so quickly!?
Ugh … Neptune at 29 degrees Pisces dancing around for the next year has something to say about these moments of ‘delulu’ coming for us. Buyer beware!
And we wonder who, or what, is to kill the Video Star…?
This confusion, compounded by ongoing troubling news worldwide, can be partially attributed to the nearing conjunction of Saturn and Neptune – a transit set to take place in Aries from May 2025 to February 2026. Though this date is still a ways away, it's relevant to long-term themes already taking shape in these revolutionary times.
Currently, we're witnessing the breakdown of contributing factors from operating in an outdated patriarchal system, which has set dysfunctional themes into proverbial stone within our current social systems.
Astrology as a resource
When I began studying astrology in 2020, it was to compare geopolitical trends I was following at the time. My learnings proved foretelling to some then-day events around the US election, leaving me to personally attest to the worthiness of this metaphysical science in studying history repeating itself within cosmic transits.
Since then, I try to be particular about which ones to follow with which transits so my own Neptune in already the playful 5th house trined with my overly impatient natal Aries Moon isn’t triggered into full-blown delulu “Let’s Go!!” mode.
Saturn, representing how we form structure and boundaries, will conjunct with creative Neptune in 2025, creating a moment of dissolution to any current social order while paving a new way for a seismic shift.
These are moments in time that forever change the course of history, and guess what? We have a chance to be part of that reformation process!
Everyone’s a Star!
For now, this looks like the allure of celebrity status and influencer culture fading, while the assumption of imperial power's authority in global affairs is being challenged. Economic indicators often misrepresent the everyday struggles of individuals, while leaders worldwide are losing moral authority. BTW, have you seen the new King Charles’ #tampongate portrait? And did this assassination attempt on the Slovakian PM giving big Franz Ferdinand vibes really just happen?!
Simultaneously, social platforms are fuelling activist movements and encouraging questioning of mainstream narratives. Unease surrounds the rapid advancement of AI, and widespread nihilism poses a significant risk as traditional foundations of faith are challenged in practice and under threat of dissolution.
Us vs Them?
The divisive split between the elite and the rest of us continues to grow. Now, a global commonwealth decides to walk away from ideals and belief systems we once held valuable or sacred.
Priorities start to shift, and the general status quo is happy to live a more basic, yet conservative lifestyle. While stating that this can be an attributing factor to the rise of far-right movements in the recent decade doesn’t cover the complexity that unpacks that issue, we can clearly see that the far-right issue wasn't just an American issue that began in 2016.
Unloading various interpretations that can either make or break our future, it is quite an important topic for generations to come.
These extreme thought processes have taken decades to shape and launch, and this particular transit is here to cloud up things but also provide a moment to create new paradigms and systemic change for the better.
These themes can potentially be dissolved addressed under Saturn and Neptune's cosmic influence, which is why I provide a call-to-action during this budding Pluto entering Aquarius moment for teaching astrology within the public school sectors ASAP!
…lol…totes delulu! But wouldn’t it be great to provide an alternative way to teach history, art…or even math and geometry…!?
Delusional illusionment
The outcome of this Saturn - Neptune conjunction hinges on individuals finding clear sources of inspiration and enlightenment. Without it, there's a danger of external forces dictating beliefs, further eroding personal autonomy.
To counter nihilism's grip on culture, share your personal transformations within your own contributions to help shape a beneficial collective future full of stories that inspire.
Nihilism is essentially a belief in nothing – a philosophical outlook that rejects traditional values, meaning, and purpose in life. It's the idea that life is ultimately meaningless, devoid of inherent value or purpose. Nihilism often manifests as a sense of hopelessness, or apathy towards life and its experiences and can be what adds confusions to an already delicate mental state. If we’re not talking about it, it doesn’t mean there aren’t people thinking about it so we need to ensure these difficult convos prevail in our everyday. If it’s too comfortable, there’s no growth taking place.
Mental health moment
Have you ever felt like a crab without its shell? I certainly have, and let me tell you, it's not a comfortable place to be for long. While the resilience gained may offer a protective shell, wandering in such vulnerability leaves no room for collecting ‘star’fish to display upon return.
Let's ensure the emergence of the next system is not another top-down power grab, but a reflection of collective empowerment. So, what gives YOU hope in uncertain times? Keep sharing your stories that help inspire others!
Oh hey, btw - here’s a helpful article when learning about posting on Substack’s ‘Notes’ feature when learning about how to engage on this platform!
Happy Reading from this cosmic house party!
Namaste xx
