Haven't worn make up since 2020 with the exception of mascara and lipstick when it's a fancy date night, or wanting to add some flair for fun. It's sooooo liberating!
Yes ofc Robyn!! I use oils mostly, as I also oil my bald head 😅 But there are many moisturizers that are great. Read labels and try to not shop from name brands that are well known. Stick to what the pharmacist would recommend, not a commerical.
Conditioning the skin is a must to keep our largest organ of the body hydrated and there are so many options I've discovered that we can be doing in place of buying whatever products are pushed in front of us. So much to unpack here!
DM me to discuss options. Where you are there are a lot of natural health food shops that will sell higher quality creams without all the bs chemicals we find in other brands. the expense is more indeed, but it's worth it and you use less.
It’s about time! At 70, I just take care of my skin and keep if comfortable with a good moisturiser and almost never wear makeup. Freedom!
